Nope! We offer services to those who are hearing, hard-of-hearing, Deaf, and DeafBlind. The community center here is for your rental needs, as well as OSDAA's events and reunions that everyone can be apart of!
For any event you will be hosting here, you need to provide us with proof of general liability insurance. A lot of people confuse this with their liability insurance with their car, we will not accept that type of insurance. This is a separate insurance that you must contact your insurance company for, or you can pay for our insurance for just $150.
If you know what you want when you get here, the better! Offering the tour just gives you the capability to get a better feel of your upcoming event and see the layout, even if you've been here before. Yet, if you're confident in what you want, we can just sit down and start the process!
Absolutely! Our chairs that we offer here are $1 per person. We have up to 400 chairs, 40 round tables, and 50 banquet tables. While the tables are set at a different price, you're more than welcome to bring your own chairs, tables, and/or whatever else you need to decorate for your perfect event!
This option is a welcome one, but it will be added onto your additional hours. You only get 8 hours for your event, yet if you want to come in the day before to set up and decorate, you're more than welcome to. Yet, you will be charged depending on how many more hours you need.
Also, some events might be happening the day you choose to set up, so plan ahead!
You have the option to put down your security deposit if you're wanting to keep your spot. You are required to pay in full 30 days before your event.
Unfortunately not. You get 8 hours within your event to do as you'd like, you can host your event, set up, tear down, etc. But before and after those 8 hours, you must pay for the additional time.
